Sega is Downsizing a lot by focusing on PC and mobile games and giving "early retirement" to 300 employees

Do you remember when Sega could actually take on Nintendo with their consoles and they could stand a chance in the console war? me neither, and ever since Sega gave up on the Dreamcast, it has just been just a downwards spiral for the once console giant, and it's situation has  just gotten that bit worse. 

Once a Giant now a big games developer

They have decided to make 300 staff members redundant or have "early retirement" and is restructuring to make more PC and Mobile gaming market instead, also it plans to relocate from it's San Francisco office to Southern California. Also there will be a lot of cuts going on. They say this will help to make sure that they are more focused on becoming a PC game developer, also they have a strong position in the PC market as they own both PC developers Relic and Creative Assembly. However it doesn't mean that they are going to stop developing Console games so don't worry people waiting for MKX on Xbox one and PS4.

And then we have these jokers

It has just been bad for Sega these past years since the new millennium, because of a mix of bad marketing strategies and misjudgments has left this company in a bad situation overall. I mean you know you have done badly if two of your games has been voted one of the worst games of all time. And have been making bad game decisions for their most popular games e.g lending Sonic to Nintendo so they can make a serious joke of the hedgehog with Sonic Boom. So how to fix when your mascot has been shamed worst than in Sonic 06? focus on PC games. I just hope this idea doesn't destroy the company or make them lose a lot of money.
