The Nintendo NX. (What we know so far and what will the console's niché be?)

The Nintendo NX is going to be the console that will be proceeding the Wii U. Nintendo will be releasing this console sometime during 2016-2017.

Wii U 2012-2016/7 you were decent. 

One of the games that have been "confirmed" for the console is the Dragon Quest 10 and 11, these games will be coming out on the PS4 and the Nintendo 3DS as well.



But the million dollar question that people are asking, what will be the console's niché?

Nintendo has been famous for their nichés in their consoles. Some go well (Wii and Nintendo DS), some not so well (Wii U and Virtual Boy) and this can make or break their console. Some people are saying that it will be a hybrid console (what people thought that the Wii U would be with it's tablet) others think it will be like a home computer.

But a reliable source said that the console will be weaker than the PS4. If that happens, I do not think it will affect Nintendo a lot as, unlike it's competitors, they focus on their consoles games than the power of their own console. But I think they should focus on making the console more 3rd party support friendly as well because it has been something that the console has been shot down a lot for in recent years.

In the end, if they do it right. It will help them to persuade gamers to play and get the console and will help them get back the market that they are lacking on.
